Three heads and the "VON" – the story:

We are working on the best German term for “100% cashmere” – because this term deserves special care.

The three-person design and fashion management team (Dieter, Bentje, and Michaela) had the idea in Nuremberg in 2022 to develop a sustainable collection. Extraordinary designs meet bold color palettes. The result appears simple at first glance – yet is surprisingly unique.

Together with experienced Nepalese workshops, we combine responsible material sourcing with modern design. This creates a harmonious blend of stylish pieces and traditional craftsmanship. Our cashmere is completely free of additives – simple, warm, and authentic. All driven by our passion for carefully crafted, long-lasting fashion.

New styles are created throughout the year. We don't work seasonally, but rather want to create a collection that remains consistently on trend.

Our styles are designed to bring joy every day. In winter, they keep you warm as a scarf in a snowstorm – combined with matching gloves and a soft hat. In summer, they accompany you as lightweight windbreakers draped over your shoulders, whether you're relaxing in a beer garden or traveling by plane.

Our cashmere:

Our cashmere is considered the epitome of luxury – and for good reason. The natural fiber feels exceptionally soft and provides significantly more warmth than conventional wool. It retains heat, lies gently against the skin, and its fine, fluffy texture makes our accessories so popular.

We work exclusively with certified craft businesses in Nepal that have been awarded by the Federation of Nepal. They guarantee sustainable production, fair working conditions, and adherence to clear fair trade standards.

Care tips:

Here are a few helpful tips. We wash our scarves simply by hand with our special cashmere shampoo or in the washing machine on the gentle/hand wash cycle at cold temperatures.

Please do not rub or scrub. Gently knead and let it soak for about 10-15 minutes. Then rinse carefully, lay the scarf flat to dry, and gently smooth the fringe over the edge to help it retain its shape.

Should a small pill or fuzz appear – remember, cashmere is a natural product – a fine cashmere comb will help to gently smooth the fibers. Please always keep in mind: cashmere develops over time, changes slightly in structure, and occasionally needs some rest and fresh air while being worn.
