Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it.

To initiate a return, please notify us at happy@v-vongoat.de or by clicking the “Contract Withdrawal” button. Then send the merchandise to the following address: V VON GOAT, Scharnhorststrasse 28, 90491 Nuremberg. Our team will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the merchandise.

Please note that due to time constraints, we cannot confirm receipt of return requests. However, rest assured that we have received your message via the contact form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions about returns, you can contact us at any time at happy@v-vongoat.de.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants; custom-made items such as special orders or personalized items; and personal care items such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Right of Withdrawal Online

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at (enter the website address or other appropriate information indicating where the withdrawal function is available). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the withdrawal notice as well as the date and time of its receipt.

European Union: 14-day return period

If the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
