Shipping Costs

Within Germany: €4.50.
Free shipping from €200!

Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Spain, Belgium, France, Italy: €8.99.
From €200, shipping costs only €5.99.

United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: €8.99.
From €200, shipping costs only €5.99.

Australia, New Zealand: €50.
From €200, shipping costs only €25.

Japan, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, UAE: €40.
From €200, shipping costs only €20.

Israel, Argentina: €300.
From €200, shipping costs only €15.

We only deliver to all other countries upon request.
We use DHL for shipping.
Please note: we only ship to countries outside the European Union duty and tax unpaid (DDU).

For returns, please choose a shipping service of your choice. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer.

Pre-orders have an approximate delivery time of three to four weeks. Additional extraordinary shipping times may occur due to our shipping provider. This time frame is estimated and may be extended or shortened due to external factors. Shipping times for combined pre-orders are calculated at checkout.

Customs and Taxes within the European Union
No additional taxes or customs duties apply to goods shipped within the European Union.

Customs and Taxes outside the European Union
Please note that customs fees and additional costs may apply to orders outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer. Item prices and shipping costs are therefore listed as net prices.

Shipping Times
We personally review every order to prevent overlaps. Reviews take place during our business hours, which are: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you send an order request outside these hours, it will be processed at the next possible opportunity.

Domestic & International Shipping:
Depending on order volume, delays in processing and shipping may unfortunately occur; we apologize for this in advance. The standard delivery times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for extended shipping times caused by the shipping provider.

Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Once your return has reached us, it will be carefully inspected. After inspection, you will receive your refund via the payment method you selected at checkout. This may take up to 10 days. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.
