Shipping Costs
Within Germany: €4.50.
Free shipping on orders over €200!
Within the European Union: €8.99.
Shipping costs just €5.99 on orders over €200.
United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland: €8.99.
For orders over €200, shipping costs only €5.99.
Australia, New Zealand: €50.
For orders over €200, shipping costs only €25.
Japan, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, UAE: €40.
For orders over €200, shipping costs only €20.
Israel: €300.
For orders of €200 or more, shipping costs only €15.
We ship to all other countries only upon request.
We use DHL for shipping.
Please note: We ship to all countries outside the European Union only on a duty-free and tax-free basis.
For returns, please select a service of your choice. The costs for this are to be borne by the customer.
Pre-orders have an approximate delivery time of three to four weeks. Additional shipping times may apply depending on our shipping provider. This timeframe is an estimate and may be extended or shortened due to external factors. Shipping times for combined pre-orders are calculated at checkout.
Customs Duties and Taxes Within the European Union
No additional taxes or customs duties are due for any goods shipped within the European Union.
Customs Duties and Taxes Outside the European Union
Please note that customs duties and additional charges may apply to orders shipped outside the EU. These are the responsibility of the customer. The item prices and shipping costs are therefore listed as net prices.
Shipping Times
We review each order personally to prevent duplication. These reviews take place during our business hours, which are: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
If you submit an order request outside of these hours, it will be processed at the earliest possible time.
Domestic Shipping & International Shipping:
Depending on order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process; we apologize for any inconvenience. The standard delivery times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.
Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As soon as we receive your return, we will carefully inspect it. After inspection, you will receive a refund via the payment method you selected at checkout. This may take up to 10 days. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience.
