Pre-orders : If an item is currently out of stock, the delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks. In this case, you can easily order it via our regular checkout. Add the item to your cart and select the "Pre-order" shipping method. You will receive the item as soon as possible within the next 3–4 weeks. You will receive a notification as soon as the item has been shipped.
Returns: You can register your return using our form. Please note that due to time constraints, we cannot confirm return registrations. However, please be assured that your message submitted via the contact form has reached us successfully.
Please provide us with the item and order numbers, as well as the quantity of items being returned. You can then return the items to our office at Scharnhorststraße 28, 90491 Nuremberg, using your chosen shipping provider. Since we cover the initial shipping costs, we do not cover return shipping costs.
