Pre-orders : If an item is currently out of stock, the delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks. In this case, you can easily order it using our contact form. Please provide us with the item number and your preferred payment method.
Returns: You can register your return using our form. Please provide the item and order numbers, as well as the quantity of items being returned. You can then return the items to our office at Scharnhorststraße 28, 90491 Nuremberg, using your chosen shipping provider. Since we cover the initial shipping costs, we do not cover return shipping costs.
